Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@abuyzaar.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions specific to your item and supplier once your request is reviewed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and made-to-order or personalized products. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Shipping Costs
For returns that are not due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part (for example, a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
